1st course  - Ensalada de Berros

Watercress Salad with hearts of palm, avocado, queso fresco and a chipotle balsamic dressing


2nd Course - Huachinango ala Veracruzana

​Snapper on top of a creamy saffron potato and fennel  gratin with a spicy salsa Veracruz 


​ 3rd Course - Birria de Cordero

 Colorado lamb shank, braised overnight in a spicy beer and guajillo sauce. Served on top of tamal de caserola and two housemade corn tortillas. Garnished with cilantro, radishes and fried leeks


4th course - Jericalla
